Hi, I'm Joanna!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Love More Yoga!

I’m so excited to be offering yoga classes online and in person around the lovely area of Pendle very soon! I have completed a 200 hour IYN certified course in Vinyasa Yoga and extremely passionate in wanting to share the wonderful benefits that Yoga can offer with all of you lovely people! I’m a desk worker by day and a Yoga teacher by night! So I know all too well how much mindful movement is so beneficial for us all.

In my classes expect verbal cues to enable you to feel asanas (poses) in more beneficial ways.

Practice makes permanent, correct technique is vital to prevent the risk of injury and fully benefit from your practice.

Whatever your journey my aim is to fill you with the knowledge, strength, and courage to improve and develop your practice. Consistency is key and I can’t wait to progress with you.

I will aid your development in postures with props such as straps, blocks, and bricks to assist you safely in getting the most out of every pose.
